In Nov 2019, three of our young people were interviewed for a North West Tonight special. One child spoke of how much she misses her uncle, who is like a big brother to her; another spoke of her experiences of being bullied in school and stressed that teachers should have training to understand what children such as herself have to endure, whilst a third young person explained how important support groups are to him and the other young people who attend our project. The bravery and eloquence of these young people was commented on by numerous viewers. Our founder was also able to speak live on North West Tonight about why she wanted to host a conference in Westminster and how much these children wanted to have their voices heard.
